Thank you for shopping at High Peaks Studios LLC.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

Due to the nature of the product all sales are FINAL. Once payment is received a file is automatically emailed to you. We can not get these files back. 

Kindly message me to seek any clarification before you proceed with the purchase. All Listing descriptions clearly display the item you are purchasing is a digital download and no physical product is shipped. It is your responsibility to read the description prior to purchase. 

In a case where two of the same items have been purchased you will be refunded one of the two orders.
